PURPOSE:To reduce dispersion in room temperature differences caused by installation conditions of respective indoor machines which are installed in the same or individual rooms. CONSTITUTION:In a air conditioner, which stops the operation of a compressor 2 when detected values of room temperatures detected by sucked air temperature detecting sensors 7a to 7c mounted on indoor machines 6a to 6c reach set room temperatures set by a control unit 10, operation is stopped by suspending the compressor by means of detected values of room temperatures of one or a plurality of indoor machines. At that time, the detected values of room temperatures of plurality of indoor machines are controlled by means of arithmetic mean values and weighted values in the case where all of the detected values of room temperatures of the indoor machines become equal to or lower than the set temperatures and in the case where the detected values of room temperatures of the arbitrarily selected indoor machines are used. |
