PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of a cell due to separation or the like of an electrode and an electrolyte by contracting the electrode during operation, by forming an electrolytic layer after an electrode substrate is heat treated to form a solid electrolytic layer in the oxidation atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:In the case of forming an electrolytic film on an oxidant electrode substrate, an electrode substrate once sintered is heat treated, to complete contraction of an electrode generated at an operating temperature, and then the electrolytic film is manufactured. That is, before the electrolytic film is formed, an electrode material, formed as a sintered substrate, is previously heat treated, to prevent contraction of volume at the operating temperature. Thus by completing volumetric contraction of the substrate, reliability can be improved by preventing a cell from deteriorating due to separation of an electrolyte and generation of a crack. |
