PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric ceramic having a high dielectric constant and stable characteristics and a small-sized lamination dielectric part having high performance by calcining a material composed of a specific component into a specific particle diameter so as to prepare dielectric porcelain. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric material including mainly Bi2O3, CaCO3 and Nb2O5 each having high purity is calcined. An average particle diameter of the dielectric material is set to 1.5mum or less. An organic binder, a solvent and a plasticizer are mixed with the calcined powder, thus preparing a dielectric sheet. An inside conductor layer 2 is kneaded with a vehicle into a paste form. The inside conductor layer 2 is screen-printed into a predetermined shape on a dielectric layer 1 consisting of the plurality of dielectric sheets, followed by screen-printing another inside conductor layer 3 into a given shape. The dielectric layer 1 is mounted on the inside conductor layer 3, the inside conductor layer 4 is screen-printed. The dielectric layer 1 is mounted on the inside conductor layer 4, followed by press-fitting by heat press, thereafter, is subjected to a heat treatment, thus burning the binder. An Ag electrode serving as an outside electrode 5 is baked. |
