PURPOSE:To provide an image forming system constituted so that confidentiality is held even when a paper is jammed at a carrying path to respective sheet housing stages. CONSTITUTION:Doors 111 and 112 covering the carrying paths 113 and 114 to personal bins #1-#9 from the laser printer 1 side of a mail box 9 constituted so that a sheet ejected from the printer 1 is housed in the bins #1-#9 of the box 9 are locked so that it can be unlocked only by a previously registered user. Then, a solenoid which can control the projecting action and the retreating action of a plunger based on a signal instructed by a controller side is provided so that the doors 111 and 112 can be unlocked only when they are instructed to be unlocked from a host computer side by the registered user in the case they are locked. |
