PURPOSE: To provide a kinematical mount mechanism by which the inclination angle of a vertical element can be adjusted from the top part. CONSTITUTION: The desired relative orientation of two bracket elements 55 and 60 is provided by adjusting three screws 80, 82 and 85. Three contacts of these screws fix a reference plane with a pair of rotary rods 140 and 142, the rotary rod 140 is fixed parallelly with an (x) axis by the contact of screws 82 and 85, the rotary rod 142 is fixed within a y-z plane by the contact of screws 82 and 80, a mirror normal 145 is set at a nomical zero inclination position and made parallel to a (y) axis. The direction of adjusted screws forms a relevant angle from the angle of nomical zero inclination position orthogonal to the reference plane. |
