PURPOSE:To provide a satellite data communication terminal which performs control that starts transmission within a one-clock-cycle time unit after a synchronous pattern is received so as to send out a sent packet at a specific position in an up-link frame format from a terminal to a circulating satellite. CONSTITUTION:A sent frame counter 121 is reset to an initial value with a synchronous pattern detection signal and outputs the counted value of input clock pulses. When the value of a transmission time setting register 125 matches the counted value, a coincidence decision circuit 122 outputs a coincidence signal and an FIFO read circuit 123 enters an FIFO readable state. The coincidence signal resets a clock frequency dividing circuit 124, which outputs the transmission clock synchronized with the coincidence signal to the FIFO read circuit 123. Sent data which are read out are outputted to a radio part 2 for a certain time. |
