PURPOSE:To supply a stabilized output voltage by comparing a DC voltage, produced from a rectifier means, with a preset reference voltage and then controlling the output voltage of a stabilized DC/DC converter based on the comparison results. CONSTITUTION:The primary current Iin in an astable DC/DC converter 150 is detected and a rectifieer circuit C produces a DC voltage VO3 proportiona to the detected current. The DC voltage VO3 is fed to a comparator 9 where it is compared with a preset reference voltage. Output voltage VO2 of a stabilized DC/DC converter 100 is then controlled based on the comparison results. This constitution can supply a stabilized output voltage without requiring any additional component, e.g. an insulating transformer, even it the distance to a load is long. |
