<p>PURPOSE:To promote gasification of LPG as a fuel for engine. CONSTITUTION:At the fuel intake of a vaporizer 1, a honeycomb heater 4 is installed through a metal fixture 2 and a coupling pipe 3. The power supplied to the honeycomb heater 4 is determined by the engine cooling water temp. and outside air temp. or the temp. of a liquefied fuel which is heated etc. Because the liquefied fuel, i.e., LPG, is heated when it passes through the heater 4, the gasification in the vaporizer 1 is promoted. As a result, the engine performance including the starting characteristic at a low temp. can be enhanced.</p> |
