摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To perform select and shift control by a method wherein the engaging part of a control shaft is selectively engaged with the part to be engaged, corresponding to the select position of each of boss parts, of a shift fork and the fork is axially moved. CONSTITUTION:When a shift lever 12 is selected, a control shaft l is rotated and the engaging part 3 of the control shaft 1 is engaged with the part to be engaged, corresponding to the select position of each of boss parts 24-26, of a shift fork 2. Further, when shift lever 13 is shifted and the control shaft 1 is axially moved, the fork 2 with which the engaging part 3 and the part to be engaged are engaged is axially moved and a gear is selected. The pins 31-33 of the control shaft 1 are engaged with the protrusions 41-43 of the boss parts 24-26, respectively, of the shift fork 2 corresponding to a select position and only the corresponding shift fork of the shift forks 21-23 is axially moved and select and shift control are practicable.</p>
