When the dot pattern meets a pattern condition having a step part at this time, smoothing processing is performed; and when it meets a pattern condition of a line, line width adjustment processing is performed. Thus, the line width is easily adjusted with a high precision without requiring the change of hardware like the change of the beam diameter. |
