PURPOSE: To improve the control of heat emission from a power supply to food by feeding a detecting parameter to a control unit in regard to the temperature of a bottom heater and controlling cooking, that is the microwave output supplied into the compartment during heat processing. CONSTITUTION: One or more temperature sensors 23 detecting the temperature of crisp plate feed back the data from the inside of the compartment to a control unit 15. The control unit 15 not only controls the supply of the microwave from a microwave radiation source 20 but also controls the infrared radiation from a grille element 22. Therefore, the temperature of the crisp plate is controlled. With this, the control of the heat radiation to the food by the directly acting microwave, a bottom heater and the optional top heater of the form of the grill element 22 or a compatible infrared radiation element can be improved.
