PURPOSE:To manage the state of the automatic vending machine without requiring any human intervention. CONSTITUTION:A managing and control part 10 checks the kinds and quantities of purchased articles by an article managing unit 11, records the kinds and quantities of the purchased articles and the date and time in a storage part 13 through a controller 15, and sends the contents to the controller 22 of a communication center part 20 through communication devices 17 and 21 and displays them on a display device 25, so the communication center part 20 can confirm the vending states of respective vending machines 1 and perform real-time management even if one article becomes out of stock, thereby preventing articles for replenishment from running short during a replenishment round and eliminating the need to go back to the nearest article storage place unlike conventional technology. |
