PURPOSE:To provide a Savonius type windmill power generating device to generate a stable given output through a wide range of a wind velocity. CONSTITUTION:In a Savonius type windmill power generating device having a generator, an opening is formed in a Savonius type windmill 3, and an opening closing blade 9 arranged movably along the opening, moving means 10, 11, and 12 for an opening closing blade, an opening closing means 16 for an opening closing blade, a generator 6, and a control means 8 to receive the output of the opening closing detecting means and output an opening closing control signal to a moving means so that the output of the generator to receive the output of the opening closing detecting means is adjusted to a given value. |
