<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a filter having a high precision multicolored fine pattern of a uniform thickness formed on the substrate and excellent in heat resistance by transferring each of photosensitive resin layers except the 1st color layer from a base film to space on the surface of a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive film consisting of a base film (polyethylene terephthalate film) 1 and a colored photosensitive resin layer (green) 2 is disposed so that the resin layer 2 confronts a transparent substrate 4 on which picture elements (red) 3 have been arranged and the resin layer 2 is stuck to the substrate 4 while leaving space among the picture elements 3. The resin layer 2 is substd. for the space in a heating process. The resin layer 2 adhering to the base film 1 increases the flowability in the heating process and it is transferred to the surface of the substrate 4. The base film 1 is peeled between exposing and developing processes or before the exposing process.</p> |
