SAFE RUNNING APPARATUS OF TRUCK IN CONVEYOR

PURPOSE:To obtain a safe running apparatus in which a component does not fall on a rail and by which a safe conveyor is formed. CONSTITUTION:A power-supply rail 14 is installed at the left of a left rail 13 in parallel with it. A rack rail 16 is installed on the right of a right rail 14 in parallel with it. A truck body 25 is provided with a current collector 26 to collect current from the power-supply rail 14 and with a motor 27 which is driven by electric power collected by the current collector 26 and which has an output shaft 42 to which a drive gear 43 engaged with the rack rail 16 has been fixed. A vertical belt-like left-side frame 31 which supports the axle of a left wheel 21 so to protrude to the left and which is extended to the running direction of a truck and a vertical belt-like right-side frame 32 which supports the axle of a right wheel 22 so as to protrude to the right and which is extended to the running direction of the truck are installed at the truck body 25. A left safety cover 51 which covers a gap between the upper end of a power-supply rail 15 and the upper end of the left-side frame 31 is attached to the power-supply rail 15. A right safety cover 52 which covers a gap between the upper end of the rack rail 16 and the upper end of the right- side frame 32 is attached to the rack rail 16.
