PURPOSE:To composite a video image with high image quality by selecting and outputting a noninterlace video signal resulting from delaying a noninterlace video signal converted from an odd-numbered field by 1H and selecting and outputting a noninterlace video signal from an evened number field as it is. CONSTITUTION:An interlace video signal stored is read consecutively twice for each horizontal scanning and the speed is converted twice based on the synchronizing signal of the noninterlace video signal of a personal computer detected from a synchronization detection section 3. Then a delay section 5 stores a received video signal to a line memory sequentially and delayed by 1H and the result is sequentially outputted. Then a 1st changeover section 6 selects and outputs the noninterlace video signal converted from an odd- numbered field and delayed by 1H and the noninterlace video signal converted form an even-numbered field as it is based on the discrimination of an odd- number/even number discrimination section 4. Then a 2nd changeover section 7 selects the output of the changeover section 6 or the noninterlace signal with a composite control signal. |
