PURPOSE:To improve conductivity and also, make the matching of thermal expansion with other constituent member favorable by making electric connection by powder flame coating, using a specified conductive connection member. CONSTITUTION:Electric connection is made by powder flame coating, using a conductive connection member consisting of a mixture where a ceramic oxide is added by 10-40wt.% of the whole to nickel-chrome alloy or alloy in which iron, aluminum, silicon, etc., are added to the nickel-chrome. Hereby, this solid electrolytic cell can be made easily in a short time, so this becomes advantageous in cost aspect, and also the influence on other constituent member is small, and besides the conductivity becomes high in the wide range from oxidizing atmosphere to reductive atmosphere. Moreover, since the thermal expansion coefficient can be controlled by a relatively small amount of addition of ceramic oxides, the matching with other constituent member can be maintained easily while preserving high conductivity. |
