<p>PURPOSE:To shorten development time in a developing process for forming an RGB picture element pattern, to prevent the leaving of a resin at a non- picture element part and to reduce the cost of a developer. CONSTITUTION:When a color filter used for a color liquid crystal display device is produced, primary development with an inorg. alkali developer and secondary development with an org. alkali developer are continuously carried out in a developing process for forming an RGB picture element pattern.</p> |
