<p>PURPOSE:To confirm the position, route and the type of indoor wiring by an arrangement wherein any special mark is not put on the outer surface of the wiring but a large number of resonance labels, constituting a circuit resonant to a radio wave of specific frequency, are put on the adhesive surface of a tape body at a predetermined interval. CONSTITUTION:The indoor wiring searching tape 1 comprises a long tape body 2 having an adhesive surface onto which a large number of resonance labels 3, constituting a circuit resonant to a radio wave of specific frequency oscillated from a detector 7, are put at a predetermined interval. When a floor duct 20 embedded in the floor is located, for example, the tape 2 is applied to the surface of the duct 20 before the floor concrete 31 is placed. The antenna part 8 of the detector 7 is then moved along the face 30 of floor embedded with the duct 20 by operating the operational handle part 10. A microprocessor determines the type of an embedded object based on the resonance frequency received by the detector 7 thus locating the duct 20 accurately.</p> |
