PURPOSE:To reduce a circuit scale, to surely decide a timing and to process reception data by deciding a detection timing for an undetected unique word from a reception clock which arrives within the period of a window. CONSTITUTION:A detection circuit 2 detects unique word UW detection informing signals in response to the reception data and reception clock signals, a timer circuit 4 measures first time from the reference time of a slot inside the reception data until UN detection time and then, a holding circuit 6 holds the first time measured the circuit 4 in response to the UW detection informing signals. A calculation circuit 10 calculates window generation time by subtracting a predetermined time value from an output circuit 8 from the first time held by the circuit 6 and a window generation circuit 12 generates the window of a predetermined time width when the time measured in the circuit 4 reaches the window generation time from the reference time of the next corresponding slot. The detection timing of the undetected UW is decided from the reception clock which arrives within a generated window period. |
