<p>PURPOSE:To provide a resistor containing a board capable of standing burning in a reducing atmosphere, and of constituting a resistance element having a desired resistance value at low cost and with high precision. CONSTITUTION:This components are composed of a CuNi alloy film made of a CuNi alloy having more than 95wt.% purity, containing more than 30 mole% of and less than 80 mole% of Cu, and obtained using a thin-film forming method.</p> |
