<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the time and cost required for correction by constructing the system for supporting a process to continuously correct a production facility such as a press die or a welding jig until a product satisfying a quality standard is produced. CONSTITUTION:In order to guarantee the quality of parts or products, information showing the point, how to measure it, the ranges to settle respective measured values for handling the product as success (quality plan) is required. Concerning this system, data required for planning the quality schedule are unitarily managed and the quality schedule in the past is stored as well so that the planning of the quality schedule can be supported. The measuring operation program of a three-dimensional measuring instrument is prepared based on the planned quality schedule, and respective points are measured based on that program. The measured values are analyzed by an accuracy analystic sub-system, and the corrected data of the production facility are calculated based on the result.</p> |
