PURPOSE:To obtain a similarity of two sheets of images with the use of three- dimensional data of color images. CONSTITUTION:A computer 1 is connected to an image input device 2 such as a slide scanner or the like, a command input device 3 such as a mouse, a keyboard, etc., an image display device 4 and an image memory device 5. A pair of stereo images obtained through stereoscopic photography are converted to digital images by the image input device 2 and input and stored in the image memory device 5 via true computer 1. The computer 1 forms a disparity image from the stereo images stored in the memory device 5. |
