摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a Fe radical soft magnetic alloy in which a core loss is small in high frequency, which has high saturated flux density and high permeability, and in which a square ratio can be adjusted to a specific value, and also to provide a method of adjusting the square ratio. CONSTITUTION:A square ratio is 0.8 or higher or 0.3 or less and saturated flux density is 1.5 or higher and an absolute value of a magnetic strain (¦lambdas¦) is smaller than 1.0X10<-6> and Fe is a main component and one kind or two kinds or more of elements M, B selected from a group comprising at least Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Mo and W are included and an organization of at least 50% or more is composed of a fine crystal particle of a body-centered cubic structure of a mean crystal particle size 30nm or less.
