<p>A 2-acylaminopropanol compound represented by general formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a medicinal composition containing the same as the active ingredient and being efficacious as an antiviral agent and a remedy for nervous diseases, wherein R1 represents phenyl which may be substituted by one to three same or different substituents selected from among alkyl, alkoxy, hydroxy, hydroxyalkyl and nitro; R2 represents a group represented by any of general formulae (II) through (VI) wherein, R?3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9¿, m and p are each as defined in the specification; R11 represents hydrogen or hydroxy; and n represents an integer of 3 to 15.</p> |
