The tool revolver has a rotatable transfer device (27) for the electrical connection of the test probes (17, 19) to a maintenance and evaluation unit attached to the main body (2) between the body and the probes. The transfer device has a first partial rotating transfer section (26) which turns about a transfer axis (4). The second partial rotating transfer section (28) is so connected to the body section that signal transfer can take place independently of the angle of rotation; the angle amounts to 360 deg.
