PURPOSE:To obtain a receiver provided with a display processing function enriching further an expressing power of a received message by storing not only character and numerals but also pictures representing a message, a likeness of a caller, desire and sentiment generated by a prescribed operation in cross reference with a designation code, reading the generated picture through the reception of any designation code and displaying the picture. CONSTITUTION:When message data sent from a base station include format data designating indication of a routine text and a designation code (registration address data) designating indication of a sentiment message (likeness) drawn by the user himself, the routine text is displayed according to the format data and sentiment message data are read from a message bank 18 of the receiver corresponding to the designation code. Then the sentiment message (likeness) corresponding thereto is displayed on a display section 7. |
