<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method of forming a three-phase wound core, which can reduce the work of formation of the three-phase wound core. CONSTITUTION:In a method of forming a three-phase wound core of a structure that two quadrangle-shaped inner cores are provided in the inside of a quadrangle-shaped outer core, cylinder-shaped inner cores 111 and 112 are arranged holding an auxiliary plate 114 between them and thereafter, the inner cores 111 and 112 are pressed from the direction roughly rectangular to the plate 114 and the direction roughly parallel to the plate 114 to mold into a quadrangular form, a cylinder-shaped outer core 113 is pressed to mold into a quadrangular form and the molded inner cores 111 and 112 are inserted in the inside of the molded outer core 113.</p> |
