The data acquisition memory module of a bus state analyzer for sensing the operation state of a system bus and informing a user of the sensed operation state, comprises: an FIFO memory unit which has a flag for representing a data input/output state and storing a state data supplied from the system bus in FIFO method; and a control logic unit for generating a predetermined control signal according to the information displayed on the flag and controlling the data input/output of the FIFO memory unit.
