The pump has an inlet volume (5) for resin, and a displacement volume (6) with a dosage pestle which can be moved into it. An inlet pipe (8) connects the two volumes, and an outlet pipe (9) connects the displacement volume to the pump discharge pipe (10). Both these volumes, the discharge pipe, the inlet and outlet pipes and valves (11,12) connected to them, and resin volumes (11a,12a) associated with these valves, are arranged in a block. At least the resin volumes and the displacement volume are insulated from the adjacent components of the pump, by a resin membrane (13a,13b,13c). The membrane can be deformed when acted upon by forces generated by the pumping action.
