Woven roller blind material

The material which can be folded or rolled, as shade blinds and the like, has a number of lateral pockets to hold stiffeners. The fabric is a woven material (3) with two unconnected woven layers (3', 3'') at each pocket (6). The outer surfaces are coated with a plastics with elastic distortion. Pref. the woven material (3) is woven as a tubular fabric at each pocket (6) zone, with a flat woven material structure between the pockets (6). The plastics coating has an embossed weave structure at least at one outer surface of the weave (3), and is impermeable to light to block light passing through. The woven material (3) is dyed black and the coating can be reflective. The plastics coating material can be permeable to light. The whole fabric structure is difficult to ignite or is non-flammable. The pockets (6) are parallel to the winding roller.
