Transmitting data words in model railway system

The method uses a central control (Z), an electrically conducting rail (G) for the trains (L1, L2) and a data bus (S), both connected to the central control desks (B1, B2) and other equipment (W, GA, GB) associated with the data bus. There is a central timer (T), in the central control, for supplying synchronisation pulses to the rail and the data bus at the same time in order to synchronise all the equipment.
