METHOD FOR RECYCLING WASTE PLASTIC

Polyethylene terephthalate is separated from the waste plastic bottle. The waste polyester plastic bottles are cut less than 15 cm in a first crusher, and alien matters such as a label are separated by an air separator. The polyester is impregnated in this process, and polyethylene is separated and washed by a chemicals and water. The separated polyethylene is dewatered and dried by a centrifugal separator, and crushed less than 1 cm in second crusher. Aluminium is removed from the polyethylene compound to give the polyethylene terephthalate particles.
