<p>The device comprises a housing in which to insert a paper roll on which to print data; a feed roller (33) and a plurality of feeding rollers pairs (53, 54, 88, 89) for automatically feeding the leading edge of the strip of paper of the roll along a guide path; a rewinder sprocket (60) with a longitudinal slit (57) for receiving the leading edge of the strip of paper (306) and for securing the paper to the sprocket in this way. The sprocket (60) automatically positions itself, irrespective of how oriented on insertion in the device, with the slit disposed so as to be entered by leading edge of the strip of paper (306) at the outlet of the guide path, after passing through the printing area.</p> |
