The proposed system comprises a steam generator (1) and connected thereto a steam turbine (2). On the working shaft (27) of the rotor (21) of the turbine is mounted an electrical generator (32) which is electrically connected to a unit (5) in which water is broken down into hydrogen and oxygen. The unit (5) is connected to the combustion chamber (3) of the steam generator (1). The rotor (21) of the steam turbine (2) is provided with direct and reverse motion stages at opposite ends of the conical rotor (21). Each stage of the rotor (21) is a system of scoop-shaped hollows (26, 29) formed in the body of the rotor (21) and conforming within the zone of rotor cross sections to specific geometrical dimensions and orientation in relation to the steam inlets (25, 28) in the stator (20) of the steam turbine (2). |
