In a device for measuring and indicating water temperature in connection with sanitary fittings, an electrical measuring and indicating device being arranged in a housing together with a battery as a source of electrical energy for operating the device, while a sensor detects the temperature of the water and feeds it to the measuring device, it is proposed for the purpose of improvement that the measuring and indicating device is constructed as a unit having at least two terminal contact pairs for the separate battery, at least one terminal contact pair being arranged on a projecting, removable tongue, and the other terminal contact pair being arranged in the vicinity or directly in or on the unit, so that the battery can be connected to the tongue or the unit, depending on the location where the measuring and indicating device is used. …<IMAGE>… |
