The filling (1) is made from a plastic material and has one end (1a) shaped to receive a powder charge, and the other (1b) designed to hold projectiles such as lead shot (Pb) and plastic granules (G) to provide for a regular and even dispersal of the shot. The front and rear ends of the filling are connected to a spherical body (1c) with an inner cavity (1cl) which allows for a certain elastic deformation.
