Wind protection device for convertible vehicle

The device has a console (3) with a guide (A), so that the wind protector can be moved relative to the body and in longitudinal vehicle direction. This permits it to be located in various positions (I,II,III) behind a front and a rear row of seats, and at different angles (`) in these positions. The angle is defined as an angle between wind protector and upper body edge. The protector is formed as a pane of transparent material. It has a frame (1) of upper, lower and side struts (1a,b,c), and is rectangular. An elastic net (2) is tensioned in the frame, to decelerate the airflow.
