The device for measuring digital IC output characteristic comprises: a central controlling and processing unit for outputting a driving control data to a digital output unit and a voltage to a digital/analog converter and detecting the voltage and current of a measured digital IC; a digital output unit for changing the operating state of the measured digital IC according to the driving control data and controlling the driving of a multiplexer; the multiplexer for switch-operating under the control of the digital output unit and selecting the output terminal of the measured digital IC; a voltage/current converter for converting the voltage output of the digital/analog converter to a current value; and an analog/digital converter for converting the output voltage input/output to/from the voltage/current converter and the measured digital IC into a digital value and applying it to the central controlling and processing unit.
