Thermal treatment system for dross using direct melting

摘要

The cooling system is for hot mixtures of metals and minerals. The hot melt phase is dispersed in a cooling medium flow of greater flow velocity and cooled to the point of solidification. The solid material is then led as a granulate into a water bath. The water bath is held at a stable temperature within the fluid circuit. The residual heat derived from the further cooling of the granulates is retrieved.
