Target practise device for hand weapons

The target practise device uses a laser pointer (4) secured to the weapon (1), for providing a light fleck on a target disc (2), which lies in the image plane of a video camera (5). The images provided by the camera are digitised and evaluated by a microprocessor (6), which is programmed for separate identification of the target disc, the light fleck and the shot impact point, with logging of their corresponding coordinates on a storage medium (9). Pref. a number of target practise devices are connected in a computer network, with one or more control computers, supplied with the target strike data via the network.
