Support for moulded plastics plant holder

The rectangular wooden frame (1) forms a wooden plant holder into which is placed the plastics moulded insert. The flanges of the insert are supported on the frame, with the bottom of the insert held off the ground. The space between the insert and frame forms a vented space which prevents formation of mould and fungal growths. The inside walls of the frame can be fitted with ledges (12) to support the flanges of the plastics moulding, or the moulding can sit on the top of the frame. The flanges can be wood, metal or plastics, with various cross-sectional profiles. The wooden frame can be jointed in various ways.
