A preventive and remedy for diseases caused by fibrinoid or thrombus formation in the lung, containing an interleukin-6 inhibitor as the active ingredient. A model animal for such diseases, which is a rat in whose lung fibrinoid or thrombus formation has occured induced by interleukin-6.
