Automobile warning light with rotating reflector

The warning light has a transparent cover hood (1), fitted to the lamp socket (15), which has a seating (13) at the centre of its underside for fitting to a tubular carrier. A reflector (3) is rotated about the lamp (2) within the cover hood, via an electric motor (8) and an intermediate drive. The reflector rotates about an insulating sleeve (19), with a contact pin (10) fitting through the insulating sleeve for acting as one of the lamp socket terminals and cooperating with a contact rod (7) for earthing the lamp. The insulating sleeve has a circular free space enclosing the contact pin, receiving a circular projection of an electrical connection (11) for the electric motor, inserted via a communicating slit.
