PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR TREATING PERIPHERAL CIRCULATION DISORDER

A pharmaceutical composition for treating peripheral circulation disorder comprising an emulsion containing an isocarbacyclin represented by general formula (1) in an amount of 0.2-1,000 .mu.g per milliliter of the composition, a vegetable oil in an amount of 0.05-0.5 g per milliliter of the composition, a phospholipid in an amount of 0.01-0.5 g per gram of the vegetable oil, and water. In formula (1) R1 represents hydrogen or alkyl; and R2 represents alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl or cycloalkyl, each of which may be substituted.
