A spout seal opening device formed from a resin material and comprising a spout seal opening portion (11), a manipulating portion (12) for manipulating the seal opening portion (11), and a supporting portion (13) for supporting the manipulating portion (12) and fixing the seal opening device (10) to a liquid container, wherein the seal opening portion (11), the manipulating portion (12) and the supporting portion (13) are disposed in the same plane, wherein the seal opening portion (11) and the manipulating portion (12) are connected to each other with a thin portion (14a) formed at a lower portion of a V-shaped groove (14) by providing the V-shaped groove (14) between confronting ends of the seal opening portion (11) and the manipulating portion (12), wherein the supporting portion (13) is disposed such that it surrounds the seal opening portion (11) and a predetermined portion of the manipulating portion (12) continuous with the seal opening portion (11), wherein the manipulating portion (12) is rotatably supported on the supporting portion (13) by means of supporting rods (15) of a predetermined length which are provided on sides of a position apart from the V-shaped groove (14) by a predetermined distance, wherein when an end portion of the manipulating portion (12) on the opposite side of the seal opening portion (11) is raised, the other end portion of the manipulating portion (12) which is on the side of the seal opening portion (11) is caused to rotate on the supporting rods (15) and wherein the seal opening portion (11) is caused to rotate on the thin portion (14a) to thereby open a sealing member at a spout of the liquid container which is located underneath the seal opening portion (11).
