<p>To provide a process for producing a flat electrodeposition coating material that does not hide the hue and fine patterns which the object of coating itself possesses. A flat electrodeposition coating composition comprising (A) an anionic acrylic resin having acetoacetyl groups in the side chains, (B) an amine and water, (C) an aldehyde, (D) an alkoxymethylolmelanine resin having a water-dilutability of 4.0 cc or less, and further (E) an acidic compound having a pKa value of 1.9 or less.</p> |
