The turntable (60) includes a mandrel (61) removably secured thereto by means of a movable rod (62) which is operated by a knob (63). A lug (72) enters a bayonet slot (68) and the movable rod (62) is prevented from turning by a lug (65) moving in a longitudinal slot (66). The turntable is for a machine designed to meet individual needs in the manufacture of containers from preforms.
