<p>A medicinal composition comprising a peptide as the active ingredient and, as the base, ε-aminocaproic acid or tranexamic acid and a block copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide represented by the general formula (I): HO(C2H4O)a-(C3H6O)b-(C2H4O)cH, wherein a, b and c represent each an integer of 1 or above.
