PURPOSE:To provide the title sintered compact of improved high-temperature flexural strength, consisting of beta-columnar crystal with each specified diameter and aspect ratio and a second beta-columnar crystal with each specified diameter and aspect ratio differing from those, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The objective sintered compact consisting of (A) pref. 60 -75wt.% of beta-columnar crystal 1 and (B) the rest of beta-columnar crystal 2. The crystal A is <0.5mum in diameter and 10-25 in aspect ratio, whereas the crystal B is 0.5-3mum in diameter and 10-17 in aspect ratio. |
